The ASUD module, Aggregated Traffic Data Management, provides monitoring of traffic, vehicles, delivery drivers through GIS technology and related displays. It compares this on-line data with the plan and evaluates deviations from the plan, notifying users. It also includes traffic change planning, modification of change plans, evaluation of transport and service costs. The module communicates directly through an integration interface with the economic IS for the exchange of data on consumption and other transport costs.

An important role is also fulfilled by the management of road rates within the ASUD module, which allows the creation of versions of postal road rates valid in different periods. The course includes a timetable and a list of closures. The timetable is defined by waypoints, travel time, constraints such as days of the week and other parameters. The module provides automatic calculation of route length and graphical display of the route. It is the basis for other modules of the ASUD application. The course goes through an approval process. The user is informed of the need to approve the course by a notification email, which includes a printout of the course.
