Database in the cloud - how it works?
CLOUD FOR COMPANIES
We can prepare the required computing resources significantly faster than a local server. Instead of capital investments, only a few clicks on the GAMO Selfportal are enough to build a data center in the cloud.
ACCESS TO THE DATABASE
Through the virtual DataCentre (vDC) at GAMO Cloud, or directly from the web. Protection is ensured also by using the TLS encryptiom.
BACKUP TO CLOUD
Runs on background, once pre 24 hours or once per hour. It is fully in our responsibility, including the failure recovery.
MS SQL PLATFORM
MS SQL DBaaS services are provided on product Microsoft MS SQL 2019 SP1 with character encoding Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS.
