Overview

The solution is a highly specialised information system that provides all 'back-office' requirements in the areas of support and operation of logistics centres.

The unified agenda processing system is used to record and control data related to the financial flow, the cash reporting lines of the logistics hubs and a wide range of services provided to customers such as the automation of the activities of the Postal Payment Processing Centre.

The main customers and users are the agenda processing units under the financial settlement area. The activities result in the preparation of an accounting batch in SAP and the preparation of a file for operational statistics as well as extensive operational reports and statements.
