Overview

The module ensures the integration of different application systems and subsystems into one integrated whole, maintaining their interoperability and ensuring data exchange and sharing. The subsystems have defined interfaces that allow them to communicate either with each other or centrally with the integration platform. It is the integration platform that takes care of the interconnection of the individual subsystems.

The integration platform is automated - it leverages established practices and reusability; it applies artificial intelligence to real operational data to identify issues and recommendations and supports continuous improvement; it combines multiple styles - creating the right mix of integration options. It is a combination of existing and new systems by modernizing key applications.

The module provides standard communication protocols for integration using Web Services (WS) and in the form of XML, standard protocols such as HTTP/S, REST.
