Basic level of IT support

IT monitoring can be extended to include services provided by the Customer Service Centre.  Our operators provide oversight of key IT systems, manage all specified requests, provide a basic level of support, manage, and evaluate processes associated with incident handling towards the client or third-party resolvers. Complex incidents may be referred to IT specialists for resolution, who are outsourced for selected tasks as agreed with the client.
