The Global Application Monitoring module is designed to monitor components and processes of applications, microservices, databases and other components of information systems. At the same time, it enables monitoring and analysis of individual application requirements within their mutual transitions between applications. It monitors the data path in systems and provides information on processing time, errors, system load, performance and availability. As part of the standard functionality, it allows monitoring the performance of the hardware and virtualization layer and provides information on their status, performance and availability.

Within the standard functionality, the Global Application Monitoring module enables the visualisation of the application topology and provides an overview of the interrelationships between different applications, microservices and components. With sophisticated visualization of the application topology, the customer is able to identify dependencies and interconnections between different parts of the systems, which is critical in root cause discovery and problem resolution.
