Overview

The CRM module builds on the recording of business opportunities in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment and further extends its capabilities.

It is the basis for the process of generating quotation documents in Dynamics CRM and the contract proposal in the Contract Registers of enterprise solutions.

The business opportunity from Dynamics CRM is automatically entered into the price register of the central system. After the pricing is set by the responsible employee, the record goes through a multi-step approval process. The owner of the price record is notified of the approval or rejection of the price. The module also uses the possibility of substitution in the process of processing the record in the absence of the user. The module contains price and offer records of the required company products.

In addition to the primary function, the solution includes:

FRAMEWORK MODULES
Managing customers, business cases from the point of contact to the conclusion of the contractual relationship. Communication module with customers. Pricing records: for individual opportunities transferred from Dynamics CRM. The purpose is to set prices for creating offers. Structure and rules for setting prices are tailored to the specific product. Price templates can be used to set prices. Prices for approval: records price records in the approval process. The data is displayed to individual users according to the approval rules. Records of quotations: in various states of processing. The purpose of the record is to reject or accept an offer. Management of approval levels: registration of price levels for individual products, which determines the level of approval required. Management of templates for the Price Register: a record of predefined prices used to set the prices of products in the Price Register. CRM user management: administration of the competencies of users.
