  • Ensuring project delivery in terms of time, material financial and quality according to agreed schedules and functional specifications.
  • Ensures the project in all phases of its lifecycle in terms of organization, conceptual design and communication with the customer and other stakeholders.
  • Independently and creatively perform assigned tasks and job-related activities, adhering to established procedures, internal guidelines and regulations related to job performance.
  • Executing and delivering tasks in a quality and timely manner.
  • Responsible for ensuring the technical and substantive integrity of each stage of the project.
  • Covering the complex communication with the customer.
  • Resolving project related issues.
  • Preparation of project documentation in accordance with project management methodology.
  • Monitoring and controlling the implementation of the project work schedule.
  • Monitoring current and future customer needs.
  • Connect with stakeholder representatives to establish and maintain good supplier-customer relationships.
  • Coordinate activities performed by project team members to deliver the project.
  • Monitoring the status of project implementation, coordination of activities.
  • Keeping the Head of Programme Office and Programme Manager regularly informed about the status of the project.
  • Participate in the compilation of the company's project plan.
  • Process records of periodic project evaluations.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the Programme Manager, Head of Programme Office and as per project management methodology and appointments.í.

  HEAD OF THE SLA SOFTWARE DIVISION
   

  We are looking for an experienced and energetic team leader who will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from managing and motivating the team to strategic planning and implementation of IT solutions.

  What is the job description, what are the responsibilities of the SLA Division Leader in our team?

  • Ensures the functioning of the assigned work team in accordance with adopted plans, applicable methodologies and procedures.
  • Coordinates the Division staff in ensuring the execution of tasks and performs task control.
  • Controls the product and economic execution of the assigned product groups.
  • In coordination with the Division Director, Program Office Manager and Division Managers, proposes measures to ensure the economic efficiency of individual assignments and subsequently coordinates and controls their implementation.
  • In liaison with the Section Director, defines objectives for the division staff, while ensuring that they are evaluated.
  • Checks the reporting of work, performance records and up-to-date technical documentation, and monitors the implementation of corrective measures.
  • He proposes optimal solutions, their implementation and coordination within the required quality and deadlines, thus contributing to the company's reputation.
  • Ensures the operation and development of the entrusted parts of the information systems and technologies.
  • Responsible for the technical solution and the qualitative and quantitative performance of the individual orders and the entrusted work team and himself/herself. Responsible for technical solutions for special customer projects, responsible for planning, coordination, contracting and execution of relevant contracts and business cases.
  • Co-responsible for the smooth operation of the division.
  • Responsible for (self-)training in the area of his/her expertise and the implementation of the training plan of the entrusted work team.
  • Responsible for the protection and security of the personal data concerned of all stakeholders as instructed by the company.
  • Carries out managerial, organisational and control tasks within the assigned work team.
  • Represents the entrusted work team vis-à-vis the Company's superior units.
  • Ensures the operation and development of the entrusted parts of the information systems and technologies.
  • Monitors and evaluates trends in individual elements and segments.
  • Makes suggestions for improvement and participates in the creation and introduction of new products and services.

  Job description, responsibilities:

  • Develop SW and applications according to specifications and requirements: code creation, application development, systems and implementation of features and interfaces to:
    • Meet SW solution requirements and needs according to available analytical and technical documentation with a view to generating functional and sustainable source code.
    • Ensure that software development is in line with industry best practices and standards.
  • Actively participate in the design of SW applications, information systems or parts thereof within the implementation team.
  • Actively raise and address inappropriate suggestions and solutions from the analysis team.
  • Protect data and software security, including proper implementation of security measures.
  • Submit source code to appropriate repositories and repositories.

  Main activitie​s:

  • Programming,
  • Systems architecture design (participation),
  • designing unit and integration tests,
  • creation of relevant technical documentation.

  What knowledge and experience will be useful for you?

  • Programming languages:
    • Essential: Java, Hibernate, Spring (SpringBoot)

    • the ability to independently obtain the necessary information - to ask the right questions,
    • advanced knowledge of SQL (orientation in relational and NoSQL database environment, overview of types and basic functionality of databases in general, basic administration),
    • basic knowledge of Linux OS, command line and bash scripts,
    • knowledge of information systems integration using SOAP and REST type interfaces, etc.

   

  Required education and other professional qualifications

  • Secondary education with a secondary school diploma, university degree I or university degree II in IT or technical field
  • Experience: min. 3 years in a JUNIOR position / min. 5 years in a SENIOR position
